With over 30 years in the non-profit sector, Vicki currently serves as an Advisor at Sandler Search, connecting top-tier candidates to C-suite positions within the Jewish communal world. She draws on extensive expertise in fundraising, donor engagement and strategic advice for mission-driven organizations.

Vicki has served on numerous boards including National Women’s Philanthropy and received the Kipnis-Wilson Friedland Award in 2024. Vicki received her B.A. in Comparative Religion from Dartmouth College and M.A. in Developmental Psychology from Columbia University.
