Dina Fried is an experienced recruiter, lawyer, and business consultant with a proven track record across the nonprofit, legal, and real estate sectors. Currently a Talent Consultant at Sandler Search, Dina brings a thoughtful, relationship-driven approach to executive recruitment, combining legal expertise, strategic insight, and a passion for mission-driven work.

For the last decade, Dina has been a key team member on many of Sandler Search’s legal and Executive Director searches. Her recent work includes searches for Access Justice Brooklyn, the National Center for Law and Economic Justice (NCLEJ), Family Legal Care, and The Legal Aid Society. Her ability to understand organizational culture and identify exceptional leaders has made her a trusted partner to clients across the social sector.

Prior to joining Sandler Search, Dina served as a Talent Acquisition Specialist in LHH Recruitment Solutions’ Legal and Compliance Practice and previously acted as General Counsel and consultant for a family real estate business.

A former real estate and corporate attorney, Dina is known for her integrity, attention to detail, and collaborative spirit. She holds a J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and a B.A. in International Relations from the University of Pennsylvania.
