Bradley Matican comes to Sandler Search with a background in finance, employee and labor relations, and human resources experience. Earlier in his career, Bradley worked as a Senior Preferred Banker at First Republic Bank, providing white glove service to high-net worth and ultra net clients. Most recently, Bradley has been working in the automative and tech sectors, Ford Motor Company and Dell Technologies respectively, in both Employee Relations and Labor Relations to understand employee behavior and how to make a workplace more positive and enjoyable.

In Fall 2025, Bradley joined the board of the Early Career Alternative Dispute Resolution Network (ECADRN), a nonprofit committed to expanding access to conflictresolution resources. He is passionate about supporting others through coaching, mentorship, and guidance.

Bradley has a B.A./B.S. from the Binghamton University and a MILR/STEM-MBA with a concentration in Technology from Cornell University and lives in Fort Lee, New Jersey. Bradley enjoys watching the latest television dramas and comedies, listening to country and punk/alternative pop music, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
